Rest In Peace CPT Rob Yllescas

Comments

May Rob rest peacefully in Heaven. He was a wonderful leader of his men. May God be with his men who are still in Afghanistan, too.

And may his wife, children and the rest of his family be touched with God's grace and the love of others as they go through this difficult time.

We will miss you, Rob.

Read about this a couple of days ago as he was undergoing surgery. Then find out he was gone.On BF there is a post that we have lost another last week.Sometimes I want to scream about the injustice of it all.

Mike,

It is certainly a sad day when any of our heroes dies. Men and women who deserve to be honored by this nation and not just by their families, friends and local communities. Families who deserve our support and rarely get it.

I only met CPT Yllescas once but he made such a positive impression on me. From all accounts by those who do know him and have served with him he was one in a million.

I'm not sure what you mean by wanting to scream about the injustice of it all.

I phrased that the wrong way I think. What I meant to say is that I get real aggravated with the left-tards and MSM while we read or hear all their spin on whatever. This happened during the Viet Nam war although not to the extreme of today.
Amazing that you actually met Captain Yllescas.
Sad news indeed. My heart goes toward the wife and children of Cpt. Yllescas. May God be with them all.
